The choice of punctuation threw me off a bit, but yes. It’s unnerving, bordering on surreal. And this is coming from a Filipino already.
I don’t live in the places described in the first article, but Metro Manila, on which the city where I’m in is located, got served some of that good stuff in 2006 .
